Toast: 3 Ways
Toast is a wonderful vessel for all sorts of deliciousness! Not only are there endless topping possibilities, but the bread itself also offers an opportunity for creativity. Try sourdough, honey and oat, multigrain, ciabatta, or classic sandwich bread.

Lemon Miso Egg Toast
1 large or 2 small slices of bread (Ciabatta is delicious with avocado but choose a more compact bread if using pesto so it doesn't leak through the bread!)
½ avocado, mashed, or ¼ cup pesto
1 tsp white miso paste
4 tsp lemon juice
2 eggs, cooked whatever way you like!
Salt and pepper to taste
Toast the bread. Mix the miso paste, lemon juice, salt, and pepper with the avo or pesto. Spread over the toast. Place the eggs on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and enjoy!

Grilled Cheese Toast
1 large or 2 small slices of bread
2 oz cheese, sliced (your choice of cheese!)
4-6 cherry tomatoes, sliced
2 basil leaves, torn
Place the cheese on the untoasted bread. Place the tomato slices on top, followed by the basil. Place in the oven, toaster oven, or air fryer and cook until the cheese has melted and the bread has become golden.
Banana Nut Toast
1 small or 2 large slices bread (honey and oat is delicious)
I banana, sliced
2 tbsp salted nut butter
Cacao powder or cinnamon (Optional)
Toast the bread. Spread the nut butter, add banana slices on top, and enjoy! Sprinkle with some cacao powder of cinnamon if you're feeling fancy.
